1) Tool-only — no financial advice, no signals

MT4 Trade Manager EA (“the EA”) is a trade management software tool designed to help traders execute and manage their own trading instructions (for example: opening/closing trades, break-even, trailing stop, partial closes) when they are away from their trading desk. The EA is not financial advice, investment advice, and does not provide trading signals or guaranteed strategies. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

2) No guarantees

While the EA is intended to help with execution and trade management, it cannot and does not guarantee profitability, performance, or any specific results. Trading outcomes vary based on market conditions, broker execution, spreads, latency, configuration, and user decisions.

3) Risk warning

Trading leveraged products (including forex/CFDs) involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all traders. You can lose some or all of your capital. Trade only money you can afford to lose.

4) Testing & suitability

The developers have conducted testing and debugging of the EA; however, software may still contain undiscovered issues or behave unexpectedly in certain market conditions or broker environments. You should run the EA on a demo account and/or with small risk first before using it in live trading.

5) User responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • choosing your broker and account type and understanding symbol specifications (digits, spreads, commissions, leverage, margin requirements)
  • configuring EA settings correctly and confirming they match your trading rules
  • monitoring your MT4 terminal/VPS and ensuring stable internet connection and platform operation
  • complying with all applicable laws and any broker/prop-firm rules (if applicable)

6) Technical limitations

The EA depends on third-party systems such as your broker, market liquidity, your internet/VPS connection, and the MT4 terminal. Slippage, requotes, latency, partial fills, spread changes, platform restarts, or disconnections may affect order execution and results. The EA may not function as expected if the platform is closed, disconnected, or restricted by broker rules.

7) No custody of funds / no brokerage / not a managed service

We do not take custody of customer funds, do not act as a broker, do not provide investment services, and do not manage or control your trading account. The EA executes actions only on the user’s MT4 terminal under the user’s control.

8) License activation & data we collect (Important)

To provide a license and validate your subscription, we may collect and store the following information for licensing and support purposes:

  • Email address (delivery/support)
  • MT4 account number (to bind the license to your MT4 account)
  • PayPal subscription/transaction reference (to confirm payment/subscription status)

We do not ask for or collect your MT4 password, investor password, broker login, or any credentials.
Your MT4 account number alone is NOT sufficient for anyone to access your funds or place trades in your account; it is used only as an identifier for license validation.

If you want your data removed, contact us at: affiliate.care247@gmail.com. Note: deleting licensing records may require cancellation of your license and may affect your ability to use the EA.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, business interruption, loss of data, or any indirect/consequential damages arising from use of the EA or related services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the EA, your trading activity, or your violation of any laws, regulations, or broker rules.

11) Third-party trademarks

MetaTrader/MT4 are trademarks of their respective owners. This product is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any broker or platform provider.

12) Changes

We may update the EA and/or these Disclaimer & Terms at any time. Continued use of the EA after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
